๐Ÿ“‹ How to use this tool
  1. Click the chemicals you're planning to add to your pool this week โ€” you can pick up to 3 at a time.
  2. The results will appear automatically below the list.
  3. Look for the colored result cards โ€” Red means dangerous, Yellow means use caution, and Blue means generally safe.
  4. Follow the "Wait time" shown on each card before adding the next chemical to your pool.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Always add chemicals to the pool with the pump running, and never mix them together in a bucket first.

DIY vs. Professional Care

See the true annual cost of maintaining your pool yourself vs. hiring Nexus.

๐Ÿ“‹ How to use this tool
  1. Fill in your current monthly spending on pool chemicals (check your receipts or estimate).
  2. Enter how many hours per month you spend on pool maintenance โ€” testing, adding chemicals, cleaning, etc.
  3. Enter what your time is worth per hour (your hourly wage or what you'd pay someone else).
  4. Estimate how often something goes wrong โ€” a green pool, equipment issue, or chemical imbalance.
  5. The calculator will show your true annual DIY cost compared to Nexus service.

Water Loss Detector

Is your pool losing water from evaporation โ€” or a potential leak? Enter your details to find out.

๐Ÿ“‹ How to use this tool
  1. Measure your water loss: Place a strip of tape on the pool wall at the waterline. Come back in 7 days and measure how many inches the water dropped below the tape.
  2. Enter your pool's length and width in feet (check your pool contract or estimate by pacing it off โ€” one big step is about 3 feet).
  3. Enter the number of inches lost and how many days passed.
  4. The tool will calculate whether your loss is normal evaporation or a potential leak.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Arizona heat causes more evaporation than most states โ€” up to ยผ inch per day in summer. Always measure over at least 7 days for an accurate reading.
